  This is a very captivating and beautiful piece of art!

  This particular image stood out as one of my favourites at the first lookthrough in this competition. It is so majestic and sharp with lots of beautiful and interesting light effects and the level of details is awesome.

  It is in my opinion an excellent image that shows great control over the camera and the whole creative process.

  I really like the dramatic scenery and the clarity in this photo. It feels like looking at “the real thing” and not a photo.

  The composition is very nice and the image has a pleasing balance where the dramatic dark peaks with the nice highlights stands out against the clouds behind them. These clouds is very interesting. There are so many different patterns and cool formations in the sky. I really like that the whole glacier running down in front of the mountain adds depth to the composition. This feeling of depth is also enhanced by the treeline in front of the mountains.
  The dark ridges at the right and the left frames the snow covered areas and also adds depth to the composition.

  The image is razor sharp and show the true potential of the Olympus camera and lenses. A small sensor system not suited for high contrast images? The dynamic range in this photo is really wide but still there are lots of details in both shadows and light areas. This image show for real that Olympus cameras in the hands of a skilled photographer is perfectly suited for such images too. 

  The theme of this months competition was weather and for sure- this photo is spot on. There is definitely weather in this photo! Olympus cameras is the ideal partner for exploring remote areas and create stunning images on such trips. This image is a proof of that!
