What the judges said ...

  • Each participant can enter no more than one photo in the COMPETITION.
  • A photo can be used for a single COMPETITION only.
  • The photo must be submitted in digital jpeg and cannot exceed 5MB.
  • Photos can only be taken with Olympus cameras.
  • Photos can be digitally retouched if the essence of the image is not altered by the process.
  • OLYMPUS reserves the final decision as to whether or not the essence of the image was altered.
  • Photos with watermarks or other impress content (date, time, etc.) will not be considered for the COMPETITION.
  • Photos that infringe the Terms and Conditions of the MyOLYMPUS website and services can be deleted by OLYMPUS without further notice.
  • All MyOLYMPUS users can vote on the submitted photos.
  • From the photos with the most votes a jury will pick the winning photo based primarily on criteria including the technique of the shot, creativity, degree of performance in regard to the monthly theme, etc.

Contest's terms and conditions

The days are growing shorter and the leaves start falling from the trees, covering the streets with a colourful carpet in deep gold, orange, and dark red beauty. Autumn is officially here and there are so many reasons to love this season and things to eagerly await.  It is not only a transitional season of nature but also time for cosy sweaters, delicious pumpkin recipes, and long walks out in the woodlands. So, head out for some autumn activities and enjoy the beauty of all that nature has to offer.
