What the judges said ...

  • Each participant may enter no more than 2 photos in the challenge.
  • A photo can be used for a single challenge only.
  • The photo must be taken with Olympus cameras and/or Olympus lenses (EXIF data should not be deleted).
  • Photos can be digitally retouched if the essence of the image is not altered by the process.
  • Olympus reserves the final decision as to whether or not essence of the image was altered.
  • Photos with watermarks or other impress content (date, time, etc.) will not be considered for the challenge.
  • Photos that infringe the Terms and Conditions of the MyOlympus website and services can be deleted by Olympus without further notice.
  • All MyOlympus users can vote on the submitted photos.
  • From the photos with the most votes the jury will pick the winning photo based primarily on criteria including technique of the shot, creativity, degree of performance in regard to the challenge theme.

This month our photo challenge will have a wild and extraordinary prize - You have the one-time chance to win a Wilderness safari in Botswana! To enter the challenge and get a chance to win this unforgettable trip, just snap a photo with the theme “My Wilderness”, upload the photo to MyOlympus and keep your fingers crossed.

For this challenge, we would love to see you push your creativity and imagination - be creative whenever and wherever you are. “My Wilderness” can be a variety of anything from macro photography to the wide urban jungle shots.
