  • Thema verfehlt !! Wo ist der Sommer ?
  • Here comes the Sun, doesn't say anything about summer. That’s only your interpretation!
  • Hallo Bo - the title is "SUMMER SUN"
  • No the title still is "Here comes the sun" Read here: my.olympus-consumer.com/.../august-2020-photo-of-the-month Can it be mistranslated to German? Here is a copy and paste of the title: August - Here comes the Sun I have a working understanding of the English language!
  • Here is the text explaining this months competition from this website. Summer isn't even mentioned once: "If we asked you to imagine the sun, what’s the first thing that springs to mind? Perhaps a picture-perfect sunset on an exotic island, or a rural landscape of blue skies and green grass. Think a little harder and you’ll realise the sun plays a part in nearly every photo we take - even the word photography roughly translates as ‘drawing with light’! For this month’s contest we want you to unleash your inner sunseeker; from capturing the way sunbeams break through your curtains in the morning, to the soft red tones of golden hour. Enlighten us and share your best photo for your chance to win!"
  • Ok Bo, the text in the German site is "SUMMER SUN". When the the english language will be "HERE COMES THE SUN" you are right. Excuse me.
  • Ok Chlaus, no problems. Probably you should ask Olympus Germany why they have a different headline for the challenge, than the English version. That's not fair towards you German speaking people.
