The wining photograph has a good balance between a technically strong photo, awareness on the streets and shows an eye for intriguing stories. Street photography in my opinion, should call upon an urge with the viewer to fill in the rest of the story. Without giving any context, this photo demands a story from its viewers, something I find crucial in good street photography.
