Dieses Bild habe ich Mitte Januar aufgenommen. Das Judasohr wächst auf Bäumen und kann komplett vertrocknen. Nach reichlich Regen saugt er sich wieder voll mit Wasser. Er ist essbar und wird gerne in der Asiatischen Küche (MuErr) verwendet.
