"So vergeht der Ruhm der Welt". Leer stehendes Hotel in Opatija, dessen Verfall gerade beginnt. Lost Places heute. Dabei steht es in der ersten Reihe direkt am Meer in allerbester Lage. Uns wurde erzählt, dass Renovierungsarbeiten geplant gewesen sein, doch seit/und wegen Corona sei alles vorbei.

  • Peut-être que les investisseurs se tournent vers le Monténégro ,qui devrait bientôt rejoindre l’Europe mais qui,actuellement,jouit encore de bonnes solutions pour échapper à ces nouvelles normes de taxation.Lors de notre dernier passage,avril 2023,on a pu constater un boum immobilier considérable.
