Der Weinanbau auf Lanzarote ist mühsam. Hier werden einzelne Weinstöcke in Krater gepflanzt, welche mit einer Steinmauer eingfasst sind. So wird auch das Kondenzwasser aus der Umgebungsluft aufgefangen und genutzt.
