So sieht die "Abfallentsorgung" aus. Ein Elternteil nimmt die Exkremente der Kleinen direkt im Schnabel auf. In wenigen Tagen können sich die Küken dann schon selbst über den Nestrand erleichtern. Das Hinterteil des Küken ist noch am Nestrand zu sehen.

  • Bei uns werden sie immer weniger, was vorallem daran liegt, dass auch der Bestand der Insekten rapiad abgenommen hat, denn wo keine Insekten dort auch keine Schwalben. Beneidenswert, wenn man sie sogut beobachten kann, wie Du es tust. Gruß Bernhard
