Der Granatstern ist der größte mit freiem Auge sichtbare Stern. In unserem Sonnensystem, würde er alles bis zur Saturnbahn füllen. Oben sieht man Elefantenrüsselnebel. Ein Objekt im Sternbild Kepheus, wie gemacht für ein Teleobjektiv.
