Die Gewöhnliche Wegwarte (Cichorium intybus), auch Zichorie, kurz auch Wegwarte genannt, ist eine Pflanzenart aus der Familie der Korbblütler (Asteraceae). Sie wächst in Mitteleuropa häufig an Wegrändern. Kulturformen sind Chicorée, Zuckerhut, Radicchio, Schnittzichorie und Wurzelzichorie.
