... in modern, mit Stahltanks statt Holzfässern. Der Qualität vieler Weine tut das aber keinen Abbruch. Die Tanks sind luftdichter als Holzfässer und der Wein kommt deshalb bei der Reifung weniger mit Sauerstoff in Berührung. Er bleibt dadurch frischer und fruchtiger.
