This is the bell tower of the Kirchenburg (Castle Church) in the village of Meschen in Transylvania, Romania, framed within one of the arched openings of the staircase of the old Pfarrhaus (Rectory). The bell tower houses three bells: 3-ton, 2-ton and 1-ton bronze bells.
