Im Sommerurlaub 2019 besuchten wir die Insel Helgoland. Auf einem Inselrundgang kamen wir auch an der Basstölpel-Kolonie vorbei. Die Kolonie sehr gut gefüllt und es waren viele Paare mit Nachwuchs zu sehen. Den Moment der Rückkehr nach der Futtersuche habe ich auf meinem Bild einfangen können.
