Close to the NDK, there is a monument to Fridtjof Nansen, who famously said that loving one's neighbour is the only possible realpolitik. Here, you can see this quote in Bulgarian, and it's also engraved on this stone in his native language Norwegian. He was an explorer who led Arctic expeditions.
