Ik heb bewust bokeh willen creëren door het grootste diafragma, f 2.8, van mijn Olympus macrolens te gebruiken. Ik heb ook bewust de foto zo genomen dat er een diagonale lijn ontstond, met rechts wit van de bloesem en links groen van andere planten.
