To capture this hovering bee, I used my EM-1and 60mm Macro, in Aperture mode and in manual focus. I preset the focus to less that a meter, with both eyes open to track the rapidly moving insect and used high speed bursts to get some frames. Basic post edit in LR, using curves and cropped.
