MyOMSYSTEM picture description and tags
While waiting for the last super moon of the year, I took this scene. It shows the National Palace of Culture of Bulgaria, together with a garbage truck and a taxi. They're both very typical things, here. The trash bins are mostly collected in the evenings, and sometimes very late (during summer).
