Das Bild entstand auf einer Wanderung im Allgäu. Entlang der Wanderroute entdeckte ich an einem Punkt diesen hohlen und mit Moos überwachsenen Baumstumpf, in dessen Innerem mir frisches Grün entgegen leuchtete. Totes liefert hier die Grundlage für neues Leben.
