I took this image whilst hand-holding my OM-D EM-1 MkIII + 100-400mm f5 - f6.3 to see how slow a shutter speed I could get down to whilst still keeping the Kestrel's head in sharp focus, thus showing the wings in blur. I think this was 1/40th sec, f7.1, ISO 64, EV -1.3 shot at 400mm.
