On a beautiful sunny few days in late march ,some unseasonal warm weather made me take my shoes of for a paddle in the cold North Sea at North Berwick in Scotland . Using the zuiko 100-400mm and a deal of stealth I watched for a few minutes as this cunning heron caught his dinner.
