When I worked at Lochawe, I went to the loch (at Kilchurn Castle), for a quick dip, sometimes. Here, two of my colleagues, from the hotel I worked at, walk in from the beach to go for a swim. It was autumn already, but still warm enough. We also ran there one time, which reminded me why I don't jog!
