The train from Lochawe to Oban takes you along Loch Awe, through mountains and valleys. You can take in the beautiful scenery which is especially nice during autumn, I think. The trees are all shades of yellow to red, and even the ferns and shrubs on the hills go orange and brown, lovely in the sun.
