From Ravenscraig Beach in Kirkcaldy, on a clear day, you can see Edinburgh, North Berwick, and also an island called Bass Rock. It is East of the coast and home to the world's largest colony of Northern gannets. For visiting there, you can book a boat trip either to go around it or also for landing.
