This is a Ranitomeya summersi "yellow banded" endemic to Peru and found only in the Huallaga river basin. I spotted this male carrying a tadpole, a behaviour typical of some poison frogs to "move" tadpoles from one drying bromeliad to another and ensure they stay in water.
