MyOMSYSTEM picture description and tags
Up on the Pennine moorland between Huddersfield and Oldham there are many signs of early east-west transport routes. This bridge is a reminder of the turnpike laid out in the 18th century by the surveyor Blind Jack of Knaresborough. A mono conversion I believe suits the historical context.
