Once it has been formed by hand, the new onion bhaji is popped into boiling oil where it becomes a deep golden colour and crispy. Taken on the 17mm f1.2 at 500/sec, so that this new ball of spicy onion is captured along with those bubbles from the boiling vegetable oil.
