Nicht weit entfernt vom Zentrum einer Großstadt im Ruhrgebiet findet man in einem Park einen kleinen Mangrovenwald. Die strenge Symmetrie der sich im Wasser spiegelnden Baumgruppe zog mich an, da sie einen Kontrast zur Fülle der Farbnuancen und Strukturen bildete.
