At rest on the top of it's nest box in the oak woodland of Padley Gorge, Longshaw Estate, Derbyshire. Not as pristine as when they arrived from Africa in late April the wing feathers are looking worn from constantly squeezing through the metal plate on the front of the nest box with food for chicks
