MyOMSYSTEM picture description and tags
This has been at the top of my most wanted for a little while. This rare species can be found at only two locations in the UK, Sefton Coast and Cumbria. Visiting Formby Beach site many times I was finally able to capture this image on a wet day before this beetle had retreated back to its burrow.
