This image of a female Stone Chat was taken at Lymington Nature Reserve. Taken with the OM 1 coupled to a Panasonic 100-400 lens. Shutter speed 1/3200 at f6.3 400mm ISO 2500. Noise reduction done in PhotoLab 4 with the result sent to Lightroom.
