Giorgio Fossati was born on 30 April 1974 at the I.P.P.A.I. from Milan.
He was immediately adopted by a family of Bergamo photographers.
Raised in photography since the age of 9, in that family Photo Studio founded in 1919 by Great-grandfather Cristoforo first and expanded by grandparents (including a photographer of the Italian Army for the Russian Campaigns, Greece, Ethiopia) and father then, he began to receive commissions for Photographic Services from 1989, evolving between analogue and digital photography, until 1996 when everything passed under his management.
Since the early 2000s he has collaborated with Disney Cinemas, Radio Italia, Mediaset and other prestigious brands and national and international personalities.
In 2009 he obtained the international qualification of Ambassador Visionary for the historic Japanese photographic brand Olympus.
Since 2015 he has embarked on an artistic path that has led him to use LiveComposite to create photographic-pictorial works using laser brushes to paint the subjects represented: this technique allows the photographer to experience the transposition step by step. from the idea to the material, and to create a real photographic painting, remaining suspended in total darkness, wearing infrared glasses for all the hours necessary to make the subject appear on the sensor and then on the Canvas support that makes these real works, unrepeatable paintings; literally painted with brushstrokes of light by the photographer instead of through matter colors, moreover without having the possibility of any margin of error during the acquisition of the image by the sensor.
He has exhibited his works in prestigious galleries and exhibitions including Spazio Viterbi in Bergamo, during the exhibition dedicated to Raffaello Sanzio in the Carrara Academy of Bergamo, at the Vela Chapel (Festival of Culture 2018), in the Ville Borromee of Arcore, in the spaces made available by the Brera Academy in Milan, etc ..
Since 2017 he has held photographic training seminars based on the use of Literature, Faith, Art through which to generate a photographic idea that is never an end in itself.
He has created some precious photographic books for rare and important commissions and events as well as artistic catalogs of various kinds.
